Biz is a certified behavior specialist, early learning coach, former teacher and school leader, and a mother of two young children. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
After graduating from Georgetown University, Isabella Sperduto (Biz) joined Teach for America in Brooklyn, NY where she taught first grade and kindergarten. She continued on to become a founding Dean of Students at New Bridges Elementary School in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
After receiving her Master’s in Education from Harvard University, Isabella worked as the Principal of AppleTree Southwest, a charter preschool in Washington DC, where she led a school of over one hundred 3-and-4-year olds. She has continued her work with AppleTree Institute in New York City as the Director of Program Development. Biz works with school leaders and teachers to cultivate joyful and impactful pre-K programs for all children.
Biz became a certified behavior coach through The Early Years Child Behavior Certification Program in 2022. She founded More Good Days to help bring the best practices that support teachers and leaders into homes for parents, families, and caretakers.
